What about confidentiality of my 3D design and intellectual property?
Files that are uploaded to 3D Usher website or sent via emails are stored safely in secure servers and are not available for public to download.
Do I lose IP rights once I upload my files to 3D Usher site?
We follow a strict mutual non-disclosure with our customers. The rights of your 3D design files remain yours throughout. We do not use the files for anything else than their manufacturing.
Will my files be shared with 3rd party?
3D Usher has tie-ups with multiple manufacturers to provide you with the most optimum service in best possible time-frame. We have non-disclosure agreements with our manufacturing partners and they are not allowed to share these designs with any third party.

You can email us the 3D design at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review and send the quotation and the payment link.
How do I upload my file?
Once you have the design file ready, save it in your local system in STL, STEP, or IGES formats. Once you have done that, visit this link and upload the file by selecting “Upload 3D Model” option.
What files do you accept?
We accept STL, STEP and IGES format files through website. If you have files in other formats, you could email it to us for the quotations.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order through your dashboard. We also keep you updated with your order through emails.
Can I change the requirement after placing the order?
Your order is confirmed once your payment is processed. No changes would be possible after the work is initiated.
How does the quality check work?
Firstly, we onboard manufacturing units as our partners only after conducting thorough quality checks. We check manufacturers for machines, certifications and materials during the vendor on-boarding process. The manufacturing partners have to perform quality checks before shipping these files to you.
What is the machine that would be used for my work?
We have tie-ups with multiple manufacturers with various standard machines. 3D Usher analyses the 3D design file shared by you and chooses the right manufacturer based on your requirement.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details.
What is the lead time for my shipping?
It depends on your geographical location and product complexity. We usually let you know about the delivery dates as soon as you place the order.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges depend on your shipping address. The charges are directly given to us by our logistics partners and 3D Usher does not charge extra for shipping to it's customers.
Is there pickup option?
We do not have any pickup locations at the moment.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order is still in production status, you can change the shipping details by writing an email to us. Please make sure that you mention your order ID in the email. However, we won’t be able to change the shipping address once your parts are packed and dispatched.

I have problems uploading the file
We accept files in STL, STP and IGES formats. Please open it in your local CAD software, save the file again in one of these formats and try re-uploading the files. If the same problem persists, please email your file to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have issues with payment
We currently accept payments through debit and credit cards. If you’re receiving any kind of errors, please take a screenshot of the same and email us at email@example.com. We’ll resolve it soon.
